Thank you for booking into our 4 week block with Tots & Tea. I can’t wait to welcome you and your little one into our Tots family. 

I have included below some useful information and ask that you read this before attending. 

• If you are unable to attend a class, feel free to offer your place to a friend so it doesn’t go to waste. Classes are non- refundable. 

• We work within the strict guidelines of prevention of infection control and Covid-19 safety measures and we ensure ALL resources and equipment are cleaned and sanitised after every use. 

• We also try our best to keep our space as germ free as possible. We kindly ask if you or your baby have any symptoms of Covid-19 or anything else contagious, that you please do not attend your session so we can maintain a safe zone for our babies.

• You are more than welcome to use the baby changing facilities on the premises, we just politely remind you to use bags when disposing of nappies/ pads etc (these are provided)

• Equipment and resources used during our sessions should be used under parent / carer supervision. Please don’t leave any babies alone with any of the items being used as some may contain batteries and may also not be suitable for mouthing. 

• We expect that some of our babies may be on the move, so exploring and dancing is encouraged. We just ask that you are mindful in letting them too close to other babies who may still be lying on the floor and not let them near any lights / electrical equipment etc. 

• As stated, our aim for these classes is to provide a fun, interesting and engaging learning experience for babies, and a welcome, safe and supportive environment for the parents / carers. We want you to be as comfortable as possible whilst you are with us. Kick off your shoes, find your station and relax. This space and time is yours to use as you wish. If baby needs fed or wants to sleep, let them! Stay with us and be assured they are still taking it all in! 

• There will be a tea & coffee bar set up for the end of every session. I encourage you all to use this and spend some time getting to know each other, share advice and enjoy some adult conversation. On the last day of every block I will be setting up a small soup & sandwich bar for you to enjoy. I will tap in and out of coffee time as I have to have the hall back for a certain time so I will be clearing everything away. However, should there ever be anything you wish to chat to me about please just ask. I can also be contacted via email or on facebookmessenger. I’m always happy to chat & listen 😊
